Servohydraulic Testing Machines
The H.1 and H.2 servohydraulic testing machines are designed to perform safe and efficient testing of materials and complete products in tension, compression, bending, and specialized testing of high-strength materials.
This range of machines is characterized by extremely high rigidity and exceptional mechanical strength of the load frame.
The basic configuration includes a quiet and energy-efficient central hydraulic unit, featuring hybrid control of hydraulic grips and a HALT 18 or HALT 25 diagnostic system – SIEMENS.
Features of the H.1 and H.2 Series.
- Robust vertical frame design with high rigidity, mechanical strength, and durability, equipped with two hard chrome guide columns (H.1) and four (H.2), and a fixed control crosshead.
- Modular machine design with fixed crosshead – series 00, or adjustable crosshead – series 01.
- Powerful and compact hydraulic units from the HAS series with low noise levels (<65 dB).
- Hydraulic unit diagnostics HALT 18 controlled via standard SIEMENS TOUCH LCD.
- Crosshead movement controlled by a proportional valve, enabling closed-loop control in force and position.
- H.1 and H.2 series machines comply with all relevant CE directives and operate according to EN ISO 13850:2015 safety standards.
- Load cells operating with accuracy classes in accordance with EN ISO 7500-1 and ASTM E4, with linearization capability.
- Controlled by EDCi series measurement and control electronics, with sampling rates of 2.5 or 10 kHz and analog signal resolution of ±250,000 divisions.
- Possibility to extend the frame of series 01 through automatic hydraulic movement and crosshead clamping.
- Test & Motion materials testing software provides complete test evaluation and management.
- Integration of hydraulic grips with wedge or lateral pressure, along with various accessories.
- High-precision testing with temperature chambers or high-temperature furnaces.
