LABORTECH specializes in the development and production of test equipment for performing torsion tests. Thanks to the clear dividing, you can find vertical or horizontal torsion machines in our portfolio with the possibility of measuring torque and angle in I. and II. quadrant or performing torsional fatigue tests when loading specimens and whole products up to a torque of 10,000 Nm. All machines manufactured by us are designed so that the customer can fully rely on its function even when performing more demanding tasks in the field of mechanical testing of materials.
The products offered include, for example, the H.5 series servo-hydraulic testing machines, the H.8 series axial-torsional servo-hydraulic testing machines, the H.11 and E.11 series biaxial and triaxial testing machines, or the EP series electrodynamic testing machines with testing frequencies up to 200 Hz. The electromechanical testing machines of the E2 series in a double-column benchtop or floortop versions up to 100kN are suitable for both R & D and regular quality control in laboratories and operations. Due to the great variability of the machines (different heights and widths) and in combination with a wide range of accessories, the machines can be safely and effectively used for testing of materials and products in tensile, pressure, bending, shear and torsion applications, be it plastics, metals, composites, paper, polyurethanes etc.

The machine is controlled by measuring and control electronics of the EDCi series with a sampling frequency of 2.5 or 10 kHz. Analog signal resolution level ± 250,000 divisions (20 ms).
Possibility to extend the frame by two or three test rooms.
High-precision tests with temperature chamber or high-temperature furnace.
