Electromechanical Testing Machines LaborTech

The E3 series electromechanical testing machines, with a floor-standing design in double- or four-column configuration and a capacity of up to 600 kN, are suitable for both research and development (R&D) and standard quality control in laboratories and industrial processes. Combined with a wide range of accessories, these machines can be used safely and efficiently to perform tensile, compression, bending, shear, and torsion tests on materials and products such as plastics, metals, composites, paper, polyurethanes, among others. Models are available in capacities of 100 kN, 200–250 kN, 300 kN, 400 kN, 500 kN, and 600 kN..

KEY FEATURES OF THE E.3 SERIES

      • Robust vertical stand design with high rigidity, mechanical strength, and durability, featuring an integrated linear guide ideal for off-axis loads.
      • Abnormally high rigidity and mechanical strength combined with a high level of ergonomics.
      • Quiet and precise AC servo drive with low noise level and high resolution, offering both power loop and position loop control.
      • The E.3 series machines comply with all the aforementioned CE directives on machinery and equipment, and operate in accordance with the new safety functions according to EN ISO 13850:2015.
      • Automatic sensor identification operating within the accuracy class according to EN ISO 7500-1, ASTM E4, with the possibility of linearization.
      • The machine is controlled by the EDCi series measurement and control electronics with a sampling frequency of 2.5 or 10 kHz.
      • Analog signal resolution level of ± 250,000 divisions (20 ms).
      • Full test evaluation and management through the Test&Motion material testing software.
      • Expandable with protective covers, safety barriers, etc..
