 Long-Term Creep Testing Machine for up to 6 Axes

 


 

 

We are expanding our 30th EDITION with a new high-performance testing system, the CREEPTest 7.xxx series, designed for long-term creep testing of plastics, composites, and elastomers, with testing durations of up to 10,000 hours.

 

This compact system represents a flexible and efficient solution for a wide range of mechanical tests under various temperature and humidity conditions.

  

The CREEPTest 7.xxx system enables simultaneous testing on up to six individually controlled axes, each with independent load application, control, and measurement.

 

It is suitable for operation at room temperature, at low temperatures down to –60 °C, and at elevated temperatures up to +350 °C.

 

Thanks to its modular design, it is ideal for research laboratories, universities, and R&D departments. It can be integrated with climatic chambers or furnaces, ensuring precise control of the test environment.

 

 

The entire system is controlled via the intuitive Test & Motion+ software, which allows the creation of complex loading, deformation, and temperature sequences, both continuously and in defined blocks.

The CREEPTest 7.xxx is optimized for long-term creep testing under constant load in tensile, compression, or bending modes.

 

It supports creep testing up to failure, including rupture and stress rupture testing, as well as relaxation tests under constant deformation.

 

The system also enables closed-loop force- or strain-controlled testing, as well as tests with variable loading conditions, such as linearly increasing loads..
