The H.4 series hydraulic testing presses, with capacities of up to 10 MN, are designed for mechanical compression and bending tests on steel plates, concrete blocks, beams, and other components.

 

The basic machine configuration includes a quiet and energy-efficient central hydraulic system from the HAS series.

 

Features of the H.4 Series

• Robust vertical frame design with high mechanical strength and durability, equipped with four hard chrome-plated guide columns in accordance with EN 12390-4.

1. • Modular machine design for compression testing – series 00, bending tests – series 01, or combined testing – series 02.
   • Compact hydraulic units from the HAS series with low noise levels (<65 dB).
   • Hydraulic unit diagnostics HALT 18 controlled via standard SIEMENS LCD touchscreen.
   • Hydraulic cylinder movement controlled by a proportional valve in a time-based loop. The Test&Motion software enables simple machine control via the RMCi display or full test evaluation and control.
   • H.4 series machines comply with all relevant CE directives for machinery and equipment and operate according to EN ISO 13850:2015 safety standards.
   • Accuracy in accordance with EN 12390-4, ASTM C39, and EN ISO 7500-1 standards. Machine control is managed via EDCi series measurement and control electronics, with a sampling rate of 2.5 kHz and an analog signal resolution of ±250,000 divisions.
   • Integration of various compression and bending fixtures in accordance with applicable standards.
