Static and Dynamic Test Benches
The H.10 series hydraulic dynamic test benches are designed for forces up to 10 MN and utilize T-slot plate platforms or load-bearing structures.
They are intended for performing both low- and high-cycle fatigue tests on components or full-scale products.
This range of machines is characterized by high frame stiffness and mechanical strength.
The scope of a specific machine depends on parameters such as dynamic stroke, test force, frequency, and specimen size.
Based on these parameters, a customized testing configuration is defined, consisting of a load frame, T-slot plate, combined servo-hydraulic actuator, and hydraulic power unit.
Key Features of the H.10 Series
.
-
- Robust design available in horizontal or vertical configurations, bench-mounted or floor-standing, with integrated hydraulic cylinders or electric actuators
- Test setups composed of T-slot plates with various dimensions and load capacities, or directly integrated T-slot profiles embedded in concrete laboratory floors
- 3D simulation as an integral part of the product development process
- Each H.10 servo-hydraulic testing system includes compact hydraulic power units from the HAD or HAS series, operating at constant pressures up to 210, 280, or 350 bar
- Monitoring of all hydraulic units via the HALT 18 system with SIMATIC PLC and LCD display
- Hydraulic unit design tailored to customer requirements, depending on maximum force (Fmax) and number of test axes
- Load cells on each actuator operating in accuracy classes according to EN ISO 7500-1 and ASTM E4
- Controlled by EDCi series measurement and control electronics with sampling rates of 2.5 or 10 kHz and an analog signal resolution of ±250,000 divisions (20 ms)
- Machine control and configuration via LCD touchscreen and RMCi controller
- Complete evaluation and control of axial or combined axial-torsional tests through Test & Motion – DYNPACK materials testing software
- Wide range of available accessories, including test pins, fixtures, and gripping devices
