Low Cyclic Load Electrodynamic Testing Machine

The LC series low-cycle electrodynamic testing machines are designed for testing and evaluating materials, components, and structures in laboratories, research centers, and industrial applications.

These machines differ from high-cycle electrodynamic systems in that they operate at lower frequencies and perform fewer loading cycles, applying tension, compression, and torsion under various temperature conditions.

All modifications of the low-cycle electrodynamic testing machines we manufacture are developed as tools for investigating the behavior of materials and components under a wide range of loads and conditions.

They are essential for numerous sectors, including engineering, materials research, industry, and construction.

LC Series Features:

    • Robust bench-mounted or floor-standing design with adjustable crosshead, providing high stiffness, mechanical strength, and durability, ensuring 100% repeatability of results, even in compact installations, with oil-free and quiet drive technology
    • Reliable long-term performance at frequencies up to 6 Hz at full load
    • Digitally feedback-controlled cooling system for the linear actuator
    • Mechanical or fully electric crosshead adjustment, including process monitoring
    • Integrated T-slot plate with a special suspension system capable of absorbing up to 95% of machine vibrations
    • Guaranteed system alignment in accordance with ASTM E1012
    • Expandable with a torsion system depending on frequency and number of cycles
    • Test control via a precision actuator with force and position closed-loop control
    • Test & Motion software providing complete evaluation and control for axial, torsional, or combined testing
    • Force sensors operating in accuracy classes according to EN ISO 7500-1 and ASTM E4, with linearization capability
    • Compliance with all relevant CE directives for machinery and equipment, in accordance with EN ISO 13850:2015 safety functions
    • Controlled by EDCi series measurement and control electronics with a sampling rate of 2.5 or 10 kHz
    • Integration of special grips for axial-torsional testing or various fixtures according to standards
    • High-precision testing with temperature chambers or high-temperature furnaces
