Radiolink Plus - Wireless Charging Cells

The Radiolink Plus is designed to be fitted with standard Crosby shackles. It is a DNV-GL type-approved wireless tension load cell capable of weighing and monitoring dynamic loads with capacities ranging from 1t to 500t—available from stock with ATEX and IECEx versions for hazardous areas, Zones 0, 1, and 2.

Two versions of the RLP are available:

• A long-range 2.4 GHz version providing an industry-leading wireless range of up to 1,000 m (3,280 ft) for use with software options or SP’s SW-HHP handheld devices.

 

• A Bluetooth output version that can connect to any smartphone running the free HHP app on iOS or Android, with ranges of up to 100 m (328 ft).

 

Constructed from high-quality aerospace-grade aluminum, the RLP features an advanced internal design structure. This design delivers an unmatched strength-to-weight ratio. The use of a separately sealed internal enclosure protects the load cell electronics with environmental ratings of IP67 or NEMA 6, even when the battery cover is removed.

These features make it an industry-leading dynamometer, suitable for use in the most demanding environments.

 

The versatile RLP offers a standard update rate of 3 Hz and can be easily configured to operate at industry-leading speeds of up to 200 Hz, making it ideal for dynamic force measurement.
