This series is highly suitable for monotonic (static) tests such as tensile, compression, bending, shear, fracture toughness, as well as durability and fatigue testing, including fatigue crack growth testing.

The fatigue-rated actuator is double-acting and double-ended with equal areas, featuring 4-pocket hydrostatic bearings for optimal static and dynamic performance with frictionless operation and virtually maintenance-free use.

The actuator is conveniently mounted on the upper crosshead for easy setup on the table.
The load cell is mounted on the piston rod end and can also be mounted on the lower base plate, depending on the configuration.
