The meter is designed according to the measurement (Buick method) of GB/T456-1989 paper and cardboard smoothness and is applied to measure the smoothness of paper and cardboard, but not suitable to measure the sheet above 0.5mm or with open air permeability.

 

The meter borrows high-precision vacuum sensor to test the vacuum, replacing mercury compression, so it is the mercury-free flat meter.

 

The meter uses German vacuum equipment to create vacuum in the container in a short period of time, which is controlled by microprocessor.

 

It has powerful data processing, it can not only test one sample and automatically store the result, but also analyze group of specimens to display the mean, maximum, minimum, standard deviation and coefficient of variation.

 

All the results can be stored and displayed by LCD.

In addition, it can print the data on the requirement of test report according to GB/T456-1989.
